Trcaj Be with Alpsko announces its 6th edition

And this will not be just another edition of the favorite city race, this will be a film edition, because the race is happening the same weekend as the 45th anniversary edition of the "Manaki Brothers" Film Camera Festival.

Therefore, get ready to run through the city that brings the biggest stars of the cinema, on the weekend when all the spotlights of the film world public are turned towards Bitola, and feel the shine and magic created by the seventh art.

MY FILM IS TO RUN - is the slogan of TRCAJ BE for this year, and we are waiting for you at the race, which is special in many ways.

Choose one of the three races /5K, 10K, 21K/
and run on the Film Festival's Red Carpet in Bitola.

• 5,000 meters race – start at 08:00

* The organizer reserves the right to change the start time, for which additional information will follow on the created event on Facebook, our website and on all digital channels through which we communicate with the public.

Registration fee
• 5 km race: - 900.00 denars as of 31.05.2024, and from 01.06.2024 to 10.09.2024 it will be 1,000.00 denars
• 10 km race: – 1,200.00 denars, ending on 31.05.2024, and from 01.06.2024 to 10.09.2024 it will be 1,300.00 denars
• Half marathon: - 1,400.00 denars as of 31.05.2024, and from 01.06.2024 to 10.09.2024 it will be 1,500.00 denars

*Only participants who register by 31.08.2024 will receive a T-shirt in the starting package for all races

GATHER A TEAM, REGISTER A TEAM FOR THE RUN BE WITH ALPSIC

For the participants in the 5km, 10km and 21km race, a team ranking of the most successful is provided.
If you want to run as a team at Trčaj be, there is an opportunity to register as:
• a team of students and teachers from schools
• students and professors from universities
• open category of companies that want to run together under a certain name
• employees in firms, companies, agencies, state institutions, diplomatic missions

Each of these groups can enter more than one team. If you want your team to be on the ranking list in the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km race, then the team should count at least 4 competitors. The maximum number of competitors in the team is not limited. For example, if you have entered 8 competitors in the ranking for your team, the times of only the best 4 competitors will be taken. There will be ranking in two categories – men and women. A competitor has the right to participate for only one team. When filling out the online application for each participant in the "Club/Team Building" field, write the name of your team

IMPORTANT! The team name must be the same for each member because the system will not be able to recognize that you are from the same team. For example, if your team name is Trcaj Be, then all team members should select the name Trcaj Be when signing up.

AGE CATEGORIES Depending on the number of competitors, we will also have a ranking by age categories and that
- 45 - 49 years old
- 50 - 59 years old
- 60+ years
* Diplomas from the organizer will be awarded to the best in competition 60+ years old, in the male and female categories

Rules for participation

The races will take place in accordance with the rules for street and marathon running of the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) and the Athletics Federation of Macedonia (AFM).

Race participants are responsible for their own health and psycho-physical condition.
It is forbidden to use roller skates, skateboards, bicycles and other means of transportation.
The organizer has the right on the day of the race to refuse the participation of a team or a runner who wears a T-shirt with messages that encourage national, religious or other intolerance.

Note: The organizer is not responsible for the loss or lack of valuables and jewelry.

The right to participate in the races is for 10 persons who are over 14 years old on the day of the race, while the right to participate in the 21 km race is for people who are over 16 years old on the day of the race.

Cancellation of participation and unforeseen circumstances: The participant can cancel the race and is not obliged to notify the organizer. In case of cancellation of the participant or inability to participate in the race due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer has no obligation to return the paid amount.

IMPORTANT: IN CASE OF RACE CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR PROHIBITIONS FOR MOVEMENT/ORGANIZING EVENTS, THE FUNDS PAID ARE NOT REFUNDED, AND PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRANSFER THE REGISTRATION TO THE NEXT YEAR.

Important: The application becomes valid after the registered payment of the participation package.
Changing the race is not possible. By registering and paying the funds, it is considered that you have agreed to the rules of participation.
The organizer reserves the right to change the content of the starter pack. The organizer will make every effort, but does not guarantee the selected size of t-shirt when picking up the starter pack.
